From Manzanares, head towards El Boalo, along the signposted path that you will find to the north of the road, on the border of the Guadarrama National Park. El Boalo is a village that preserves a good sample of traditional architecture based on granite from the quarries in the area.
Also here, as in other villages in the Sierra, you will find some old horseshoes. It is interesting to visit the area known as Cerro de El Rebollar, where there is a Visigoth necropolis from the VI and VII centuries.
On the way to Cerceda, the surroundings could not be more attractive. Look back from time to time and contemplate the cliffs of the highest part of La Pedriza. These are truly spectacular views. From Cerceda to Moralzarzal you will arrive by a very obvious and comfortable cattle track. Enjoy it. In Moranzarzal you will find all kinds of services, including specialized services for cyclists.
